Q. How Often will you have shop Updates?

A. We are aiming to have a shop update every 2-3 months, but there will always be some flexibility as life takes on it’s own flow apart from our plans. To never miss a shop update, sign up to our mailing list here!

Q. What is your return policy?

A. If the artwork arrives damaged or you have other issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will always work with you to either restore or replace the artwork.

Q. What is your Shipping policy?

A. Currently, we use USPS exclusively, and offer First-Class (5-7 days) and Priority Mail (3-4 days). You should receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking info once we ship out your package. We pack and ship all orders ourselves, so please allow an additional 2-4 days aside from the actual shipping time.
